لا تنوحوا فليس يجدي العويلُ … ليس يجدي سوى سيوف تصولُ
la tanawhuu falays yujdi alewyl … lays yajdi siwaa sayuf tswl
Do not wail for it will not work … only swords slashing works

كل شيء سوى الجهاد هراء … لا بيان ولا خطاب طويل
The only way is Jihad other stuff is nonsense … no statement, no long speech
kl shay' siwaa aljhad hara' … la bayan wala khitab tawil

قد سئمنا نفاقنا فأفقنا … في زمان يسود فيه الذليل
qad siimna nafaqana fa'afiqna … fi zman yasud fih aldhalil
We are fed up with hypocrisy so we rose … in a time when servile prevail

أي عار لأمة في سبات … يستغيث القتيلَ فيها القتيل
'ay ear li'umat fi subbat … yastaghith alqtyl fiha alqatil
What a shame for a sleeping nation … where a dead man pleads for another

في بلاد تدكها قاذفات … وبلاد تدق فيها الطبول
fi bilad tadakaha qadhifat … wabilad tadaqu fiha altubul
In countries shaken by bombers … and countries where the drum is hammered

شاشة تملأ الدماء مداها … ويذيع البيانَ طرف كحيل
shashatan tamla aldima' madahaan … wayudhie albyan taraf kahil
A bandage filled to the brim with blood … and a statement broadcasted by an obscure party

أيها الساسة الذين استكانوا … كل عز بعرفكم مستحيل
'ayuha alsaasat aladhin astakanuu … klu eaza biearfikum mustahil
Oh, politicians who gave in … any honor in your law is impossible

قد نصرنا بقلة يوم كانت … هيبة الحق في النفوس تجول
qad nasruna biqilat yawm kanat … hibat alhaqi fi alnufus tajul
We won with few numbers when … the prestige of righteousness roamed the souls

يا ربا غزة الجريحة عذرا … أي عذر ؟! وما عسانا نقول ؟
ya rabana ghazat aljarihat eudhraan … 'aya eudhir ?! wama eussana naqul ?
Oh, Lord of wounded Gaza forgive us … what excuse ?? and what can we say ?

قل لمن يعشق الحقيقة … إنا في زمان تحار فيه العقول
qul liman yaeshaq alhaqiqa … 'iinaa fi zman tuhar fih aleuqul
Tell those who love the truth … we are in a time when minds are puzzled

يا قدس يا مسرى الرسول
ya qads ya masra alrasul
O Jerusalem, O the path of the messenger

Strangers on a long night …. strangers

وفجرنا الآت جميل… غرباء
wafajarna alat jamilan…. gharba'

قسما سنمضي للخليل

للقدس للمسرى الجليل

Optimistic and the pessimism is a lookout *** Optimistic by precedence without horses

متفائل رغم القنوط ِ يذيقنا *** جمر السياط و زجرة الجلاد
mutafayil raghm alqunut yudhiiquna *** jamr alsuyat w zajrat aljallad (x2)
Optimistic in spite of despair holding us back *** Embers whips and the executioner’s grow

متفائل بالغيثِ يسقي روضنا *** و سمائنا شمسٌ و صحو بادي
mutafayil balghyth yusqi rwdina *** w samayina shms w sahu badi
Optimistic with the rain watering our lands *** And our sky is a sun and a beginning wake

متفائل بالزرع يخرج شطئه *** رغم الجراد كـمنجل ِ الحصادِ
mutafayil bialzare yakhruj shtyh *** raghm aljarad kminajil alhisad (x2)
Optimistic of planting letting it's fruits *** Despite locusts like a harvesting scythe

متفائل يا قوم رغم دموعكم *** ان السما تبكي فيحيا الوادي
mutafayil ya qawm raghm dumueikum *** 'ana alsamma tubki fihia alwadi
People, I am Optimistic, despite your tears *** The sky is crying so that the valley may live

و البحر يبقى خيره أتضره *** يا قومنا سنارة الصيادِ
w albahr yabqaa khayruh 'atadiruh *** ya qawmana sinarat alsyad (x2)
And the sea holding its best, will it be hurt *** O our people, by the hook of the fisherman

فدعوا اليهود بمكرهم و ذيولهم *** نملٌ يدب بغابة الاسادِ
fadaeuu alyhwd bimakrihim w dhuyulihim *** nml yudabu bighabat alasad
Let the Jews with their cunning and tails *** Ants swirling in the forest of lions

متفائلٌ بشرى النبي قريبة *** فغدًا سنسمع منطقا لجمادِ
mtfayl bisharaa alnabii qaribat *** fghdana sanasmae mintaqaan ljmad (x2)
Optimistic, the Prophet’s tidings are near *** Tomorrow we will hear a voice of inanimate

حجر و أشجار هناك بقدسنا *** قسما ستدعوا مسلما لجلاد
hajar w 'ashjar hunak biqadasina *** qismaan satadeuu muslimanaan lijallad
Stones and trees there in our Jerusalem *** an oath, will invite a Moslem to the executioner

يا مسلماً لله يا عبداً له *** خلفي يهوديا ابو الاحقادِ
ya mslmaan lilah ya ebdaan lah *** khalafi yahudiaan 'abu alahqad (x2)
O Moslem for Allaah, O slave to him *** Behind me a Jew, father of hatred

فاقتله طهر تربنا من رجسه *** لا تبقي دياراً من الالحاد
faqtilh tahr tarabuna min rijsih *** la tubqi dyaraan min alalhadi
Eliminate him, cleanse our soil of his abomination *** Do not keep homes of atheism

قسما بمن أسرى بخير عباده *** و قضى بدائرة الفناء لعادِ
qismaan biman 'asraa bikhayr eibadih *** w qadaa bdayrt alfana' lead (x2)
A swear of those who transferred his best people *** And spent the circle of doom for Aad

لتدور دائرة الزمان عليهم *** و يكون حقاً ما حكاه الهادي
ltadur dayirat alzamman ealayhim *** w yakun hqaan ma hukkah alhadi
That the cycle of time will turn against them *** And what was told by the guide will come true

هذا يقيني و هو لي بل الصدى *** و الكأس غامرةٌ لغلةِ صادي
hadha yuqini w hu li bal alsadaa *** w alkas ghamrt lghlt sadiin (x2)
This is my truth, and for me it’s ending the thirst *** The cup is full for the grudge of the thirsty

فاجعل يقينك بالاله حقيقة *** وا صنع بكفك صارماً لسدادِ
fajeal yuqiinak bialalh hqyqt *** wa sune bikfak sarmaan lsdad
Make your trust in God true *** And make your palm firm to repay

متفائلٌ بشرى النبي قريبة *** فغدًا سنسمع منطقا لجمادِ

انتظريني ؛ يا قدساهُ انتظريني
intaẓirīnī ; ya qudsāhū intaẓirīnī
Wait for me, O Jerusalem, wait for me

سأزيلُ سدوداً و قيوداً وسأمحو رجس الصّهيوني !
sazyl sdwdaan w qywdaan wasa'amhu rijs alsshywny !
I will remove barriers and shackles and will erase the abomination of [the] Zionists

يا قدس أنا ابنُ الأحرار لن أرضى الذُّل أو العار !
ya quds 'ana abn al'ahrar ln 'ardaa aldhdhul 'aw alear !
O Jerusalem, I’m the son of the free and will never accept shame or humiliation

قسماً بِـ الله الجبّار سأكون فداكِ … فدى ديني
qsmaan bi allah aljbbar sa'akun fdak … fadaa dini
Swearing to Allaah the almighty I will redeem you, for my religion

دُنيا الأمجادِ اخترناها و دروبُ العزِّ عرفناها
dunya alamjad aikhtarnaha w drwb alezz earifnaha
The land of glory we chose and the paths of highness we knew

وسنمضي في إثرِكَ طه للنّصرِ طريقك يهديني
wasanamdi fi 'ithrik th llnnsr tariqak yahdiani
And we will continue in your trail to victory, your path guides me

سأعودُ برغم الأشواك .. سأروّي بالمجدِ ثراكِ
saewd biraghm al'ashwak .. sarwwy balmjd thrak
I will return in spite of the thorns…I will water your sands with glory

سُأحلّق بلدي بِـ سماكِ
suahllq baladay bi smak
I will fly in your sky my land

و بقلبي حُبُّ فلسطينِ
w biqalbay hubb flstyn
And Palestine’s love is in my heart
